Dad's special French toast with cinnamon sugar coating.

📝 Ingredients

  • 4-5 eggs
  • Pinch of salt
  • Sugar/Cinnamon
  • 4-5 slices of sourdough bread
  • Tablespoon of butter

👨‍🍳 Instructions

    Beat eggs and add salt

  2. 2

    Spread butter in a heated pan (medium heat)

  3. 3

    Dip sourdough into egg mix and then place on pan (should be able to get 2 slices in a medium/large pan)

    Wait 30 seconds, then flip

  5. 5

    Add cinnamon/sugar on bread in pan to your desired comfort then flip over

  6. 6

    Wait 30 seconds

  7. 7

    Add cinnamon/sugar on bread again and then flip over

  8. 8

    Wait 45 seconds

  9. 9

    (repeat with other slices of bread)

  10. 10

    Done - plate and enjoy with syrup
