Hi, I'm Anthony, and welcome to DoughDad! This site is my way of continuing a tradition that started in my mother's kitchen. Growing up in an Italian household, I was surrounded by the incredible aromas of homemade biscotti, pizzelle, and S-cookies that my mom would make for every holiday and family gathering. Those recipes weren't just desserts—they were how our family showed love, celebrated together, and created memories that lasted a lifetime.

Now, as a dad myself, I've taken those cherished Italian traditions and expanded them with my own creations. From perfecting pizza dough recipes that bring the family together on busy weeknights to experimenting with new cookie recipes that make my kids' eyes light up, DoughDad is all about sharing the joy of baking.
